The Historic Washington Heights also known as "The Ritz at Washington Heights" is a community gathering space that offers the community a meeting space and social gathering hub. It features amenities such as a play area, cafe-style seating, performance shelter, outdoor movie theater, public art exhibits space, FREE Wi-Fi, and a pole Volt curbside electric vehicle charging station.

It honors its namesake "The Ritz Theater", which was erected in the early 1960's and closed in 1971.
